Scope of Responsibilities To assist Head of Subsidiary, Highway Operations in managing operational, maintenance and fiscal activities of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic (M,E&E) Department and maintenance in accordance with established procedures. Continue to plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department and M,E&E system. This includes functions relating to highway M,E&E maintenance and operation, supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as company scheme of services.
Key Responsibilities To develop plans, policies, and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Instruction and Manuals with reference to the Concession Agreement, LLM's Guidelines, Public Road Act (Private Management Act), Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), Malaysia Rules & Regulations and any other relevant local Authority Mandatory requirements for all M,E&E system/equipment as maintained by M,E&E such as Toll Collection System, Traffic Control & Surveillance system, Street Lighting system and Mechanical & Electrical Building Services.To manage all the operations activities of the M,E&E department to ensure that all approved SOPs, Working Instruction and Manuals are effectively and efficiently implemented and control within the department.To plan and manage execution of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all M&E Installation, Toll Collection System, Traffic Control & Surveillance System, Street Lighting System and M&E Building services.To collect and analyse data on all M,E&E maintenance activities and prepare all the required management reports and other reports for submission to authorities.To study and propose improvement on M,E&E department maintenance processes as to optimize the available resources and manpower and to improve the service level to the user.To assist Head of Subsidiary an identifying and improving of M,E&E system and equipmentMonitor and review the performance and quality of M,E&E assets of the highway. Responsible to recommend, plan and coordinate mitigation measures on any arising cases of performance and quality problems.To study and propose M,E&E staff development program in relation to staff training requirements and to conduct or in coordination with HRD, manage all the required training for the staff or other parties including briefing of all new and amended procedures.To assist management in planning, execution and monitoring of any highway upgrading work.To comply with all Prolintas ISO Management Systems and legal requirements at all times.Skills Requirement Technical Expertise / Software ProficiencyAnalytical Thinking / Problem SolvingCommunication Skills
