About YouAs Senior Executive, Procurement, you will work closely with the Procurement team to provide daily support for the end-to-end P2P process. This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders, understanding the vendor prequalification process, consolidating purchase requests, managing contracts, and providing full administrative assistance when needed to best suit business needs while ensuring optimal operations.You will be responsible for the development and execution of sourcing plans within the End Market for Indirect spend categories such as Property (Security services, Cleaning services, Facilities management, Facilities maintenance, etc.) across functions locally and regionally.Your role will ensure compliance of all procurement activities with policies, standards, and platforms to deliver robust terms and conditions that manage Carsome's service delivery and commercial risk. You will plan, develop, and organize continuous improvement of the procurement process effectively and efficiently.Your Day-to-DayCoordinate with Business Units on sourcing requests (non-trade).Manage the end-to-end procure-to-payment process and take ownership of allocated tasks.Oversee the vendor registration process to ensure transparency and due diligence.Compile and maintain procurement records in compliance with Procurement Policy.Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports and trackers as requested by Management.Facilitate negotiations with local managed suppliers to ensure business continuity and contract renewals.Contribute to the Cost Reduction Program in accordance with agreed savings targets.Conduct business analysis such as procurement positioning and spend analysis, reporting.Provide knowledge transfer to other team members.Offer local support and training to business users.Assist and support all areas for the Procurement team whenever required.Your Know-HowA tertiary qualification or equivalent.At least 3-5 years of working experience in a procurement team, with an understanding of the automotive and e-commerce industry or property management being an advantage.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.Proven ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.Resourceful and able to identify potential threats or unusual activities in procurement processes, including advanced negotiation and influencing skills.Required Skills: Intermediate Excel, Word, ERP.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, accountability, and strong analytical skills; project management skills should be advanced.Self-aware, proactive, collaborative, and championing inclusivity with the ability to consolidate information and data well; strong understanding of procurement and finance requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
