Job Description Provide historical analysis, and trend forecast and conduct regular/ad-hoc analysis of information to deliver insights that assist in developing and executing a range of strategies that contribute to achieving business goals.
Analyze the commercial products; Food, Beverage, Merchandise, Duty Free, and also ROI on projects and campaigns
Drive effectiveness and efficiency information support and process based on key findings and recommendations
Assist product/marketing team with creating, delivering & evolving existing analysis report
Work with IT as required for system changes where appropriate, enhancements, and implement these with full stakeholder supports
Integrate change management activities into the overall department-related works
Prepare monthly/weekly management reports and perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Work with cabin crew, to provide incentive and commission programs and crew commission simulations
Coordinate with all related functions to develop an annual budget.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foods and Nutrition, or any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related field
Having a background in Food & Beverage, Airline In-Flight, or Catering Services is advantageous
Ability to work in commercial analysis, calculating ROI on projects and campaigns, and preparing budgets and forecasts
Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
Proficient in computer literacy; Excel sheets and G-suites are a must
