Senior Executive- Sustainability

Job Responsibilities Perform tasks as assigned which include but not limited to:
Lead and guide junior team membersProactive in identifying and improving processes and proceduresWork with various working committees to implement sustainability initiatives that are in line with Group's directionManage internal and external stakeholdersKeep up to date with ESG reporting frameworks Prepare sustainability report and statements as per regulatory requirement in MalaysiaConduct ESG materiality surveysAnalyze sustainability indices & ratings Able to work with huge data sets, and interpret, analyze and visualize dataPrepare presentation decks regarding the data and present it if necessaryManage different projects concurrentlyAcademic Requirements A good Degree in Engineering / Science subjects related to Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Built Environment, Environmental Management or equivalent from a recognized university (Science / engineering graduates from other fields also can be considered).Non-science / non-engineering graduates to be considered with relevant experienceGraduated with a 2nd class and above degreeMinimum Band 4 or equivalent in English competencyKey Competencies Keen interest in sustainability issuesAbility to work with huge data setsBasic problem solving and escalation management skills Knowledge on the sustainability reporting landscape (e.g. Bursa's Sustainability Reporting Guide, GRI Standards, etc.) is an added advantage
