Job Description Provide Technical Support for our deployed systems, working with our Service Teams and vendors across Malaysia & APAC region.
Predominantly focused on providing Technical Support to the RMP Astro P25 System in Sabah Region of Malaysia.
Consisting of:On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management ReportsOn-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:Periodic Site OptimisationsRegular PMI checksBe the key point of contact to the Malaysia Field Services Manager for all communications, ensuring excellent service levels are met to all MSI customers in the Sabah Region of Malaysia.Work with the wider Malaysia Field Services Team to support all other aspects of the technologies that MSI provides within the Sabah Region of Malaysia.
