Senior Field Service Engineer (Ref: Jo)

ResponsibilitiesLooking for a highly motivated field service engineer to work on Client site in Kulim as a contractor to support customers on a daily basis.
Full-time job with supporting customers on time in real-time and over email and phone.
Need to be able to travel on short notice to other customers such as Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, and the whole Asia.
Training will be performed in the USA for 3-4 weeks.
Start position immediately upon approval.
Experience with automated robotics system is a plus.
RequirementsBachelor of Engineering.
Experience with automated robotics system is a plus (5+ years experience).
Experience or knowledge in key semiconductor companies.
Hands-on experience in industrial automation, servo control, and system setup.
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate directly with clients.
Ability to provide fast and accurate field support on-site.
