Join us as a Senior Finance Analyst, General Ledger (Month End Closing):
Responsible for the periodic finance statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements) in accordance with IFRS and Schindler ON, adhering to deadlines.
Support the Group project manager on group projects and/or lead mini projects assigned, managing project work scope and resolving issues.
Support new process implementations and ongoing tasks related to data analysis, requirements gathering, system/solution testing, and provide end-user support.
Work with BSC, OC, and Group Finance on process improvement initiatives to reduce process variation and transform capabilities.
Ensure SOP documentation is updated in a timely manner to reflect the latest process/tool/policy changes.
Perform Month End activities and reconciliations of accounts.
Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet business needs.
Act as a competent contact person for various inquiries relating to your area of responsibility and advise your team on accounting issues.
Execute settlements to COPA for all cost collectors according to COE ES SOPs.
Check the completeness and accuracy of the settlement.
Prepare JSG group reports.
Ad hoc projects as needed.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
Implementation & Integration experience will be an added advantage. Full set account knowledge is preferable.
Good knowledge of accounting, project costing, taxation, and company secretarial work.
5 years and above working experience in an accounting environment, preferably handling GL processes within a shared services organization.
MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SAP (FICO) experience is a MUST.
Proficient communication and writing skills in English are required.
