Analysis & Reporting (Banking & Financial Services)
Role Summary:Manage and analyze financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making by leveraging expertise in financial analysis and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
Monitor and manage daily financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date records.
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulations.
Clarify and manage client expense transactions, ensuring proper documentation.
Address and resolve special financial scenarios with timely updates and follow-ups.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and processes.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Proficiency in financial tools and software, including Excel and accounting systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English to deal with different stakeholders.
