Senior Finance Executive

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING



-Daily selected bookkeeping activities to maintain the receivables and payables listing and other relevant accounting ledgers where required.


-Compilation and keying in our vendor invoices into accounting system.


-Liaison with the operations team to issue quotes and invoices to clients.


-Management of monthly sales reconciliations. 


-Assist in developing a fit for purpose finance processes and controls to accommodate changing business needs.


-Proposing and generating operational reports suitable for the business.


-Creation of ad-hoc report and analysis upon request.

-Comfortable with technology and applications - Xero, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, Kakitangan, etc


-Works well independently as well as in a team


-Positive attitude, organized and highly motivated

-Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive attitude.


-Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
