Analyst, and you'll do the same.About RoleAs a Senior FP&A Analyst in our new APAC Global Business Services (GBS), you will have the opportunity to play a role in the production of Business Unit planning, reporting and analysis activities and the engagement with relevant FBPs and Business CoEs to ensure the delivery of insightful management and strategic reporting.Key to delivery in this role will be working closely with Business Centres of Excellence, FBPs and Business stakeholders.You will be responsible for acquiring the requisite inputs to deliver accurate, timely and relevant plans, reporting and insight.You will identify areas of improvement across FP&A processes and systems whether in your direct control or where other stakeholders interact with FP&A processes.Your key responsibilities will include:Deliver a financial planning process that meets stakeholder requirements, supporting the delivery of Convatec's BU operational and strategic goals.Develop insight into potential Corporate, Business Unit and supporting Function performance gaps, enabling transparency on the success of actions taken within the Business and highlighting areas where course correction is required, through the development and provision of balanced scorecard reportingWork closely with FBPs and Business to ensure that the defined planning, reporting and analysis is delivered in an efficient, controlled manner, delivering insight and value to the businessDeliver the strategic plan process, utilizing inputs from FBPs, Business CoEs and Business stakeholdersChampion a comprehensive framework to guide the planning process and assist the business in developing its strategyDeliver on the production of the annual budget, working closely with FBPs and business stakeholdersDeliver on the production of financial forecastsProvide Business Unit specific inputs into the first draft of strategic companywide reporting to senior leadershipDeliver on the production across the business including our GBS teams in Lisbon and Bogota, corporate and market teams as well as external parties such as auditors and authorities.Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach.You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.You will be joining a newly formed Global Business Services team, with opportunities to grow, within Financial Planning & Analysis or wider finance functions.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:FP&A and/or controlling experience, including some financial modellingPrevious planning reporting and analysis experience in FP&A, Controlling or Accounting positions (essential) – 6 to 8 yearsPrevious Shared Service Centre experience or Multinational company environment (desired)Power BI or other BI experienceHyperion or Essbase is an advantageSAP, Oracle, Navision or other similar ERPSystems driven and taste for automation and continuous improvementMatrix team managementMaking proposals which apply data and business intelligenceLanguageGood written and spoken English is essentialA proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean
