-Senior Community Associate (Senior Front of House):As a Senior Comm Team, you are an Acting Studio Lead. You also must act as a brand ambassador, championing successful teamwork and encouraging healthy ways of communicating. You are expected to carry out all studio duties and responsibilities to the highest standards to set the best possible example for the rest of the team, especially the other community team members who will look to you for support and guidance.
