The Job:
-Strategic Planning: Work closely with top management to build and facilitate sustainable workflows, strategic directions, and action plans to meet objectives.
-Collaboration: Provide feedback and suggestions to the IT team to develop and enhance tools that support team members in achieving objectives.
-Partnership Development: Design, build, and propose various partnership programs or incentives to drive revenue targets. Identify and implement improvement opportunities for partners' growth paths.
-Partnership Management: Continuously manage partnerships by monitoring activities, scoring performance, and regularly updating product and service knowledge. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
-Communication and Support: Answer daily queries regarding products, sales information, and technical issues to facilitate partners' sales processes. Enhance understanding and rapport between partners and the company.
-Operational Excellence: Initiate improvements in organizational processes and the value chain. Manage daily CRM tasks, ensure sales pipelines are updated weekly, and prepare monthly marketing claims and quarterly incentives.
-Financial Oversight: Review partners' monthly Statement of Accounts and attend to API-related matters, including monthly download log matching and invoice generation.
-Legal Assistance: Assist in handling copyright infringement issues.

; Requirements:- The Person:
-Minimum of 4 years in Telesales, Channel Partner Management, Key Account Management, and/or Client Retention.
-Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
-Strong team player with exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
-A proactive individual keen on taking initiatives for process improvement and passionate about developing and nurturing long-term partner relationships.
