Senior Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, websites, and advertisements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and present innovative design solutions.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills.Stay updated on design trends and technologies, incorporating them into projects as needed.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final outputs.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively.Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for creativity.You will be responsible for leading the graphics design and short animation production of our group. You will ensure high quality edited food pictures and videos support our sales and marketing efforts.In addition, you must love food.
