Minimum Qualifications:
Min. Degree in Engineering preferably Electronics with 3 years of electrical hardware development experience, preferably in the field of high-speed digital design.
Knowledge of analog/digital and RF circuit design.
Knowledge of PCB vendor selection & evaluation, electronics hardware interfacing and verification & troubleshooting of electrical circuits and equipment.
Documentation control system to record test environment, preferred experience with Agile.
Verification and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and equipment.
Knowledge in window-based workstation.
Understanding of microcontroller programming.
Some software skills required to be able to debug in a test environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Debugging and Issue Resolution of production Test Boards. Real-Time Troubleshoot of any Hardware issues.
Make, troubleshoot, and characterize first prototypes of designed test boards.
Closely cooperate with test hardware design engineers in INDIA/U.S.
Cooperate with software and firmware developers to interface designed hardware to software layer.
Help with the transfer of new tests from INDIA/USA or other sites and establishing test debug methodology/procedures.
Responsible for electrical hardware development to facilitate performance testing of transceiver modules and its components.
Prepare prototype or engineering samples and perform engineering evaluation to meet specification.
Carry out preliminary BOM initialization, test procedures, manufacturing test procedures and engineering documentation.
Use right tools for debugging (DMM, scope) examples a) Intermittent i2c communication failures b) Oscillating voltage at DUT.
