Responsibility Handle full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.
Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end.
Review and amend job descriptions and job specifications as required.
Conduct market surveys for compensations and benefits of the company.
Conduct orientation or induction to all new join staff.
Responsible off-boarding process for separation cases.
Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
Monitoring staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal process.
Ensuring that all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and align with the Group HR policies and procedure.
Highlights for review and updates as and when required.
Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, assist in preparation, payment and etc.
Liaison with all governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements.
Facilitating employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
Assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
Prepare monthly report i.e headcount report, payroll report and etc.
Handle employee grievances and advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and all other employee relations matters.
Process applications, new, renewal, cancellation, transfer of endorsement for all types of visa such as special pass, employment pass, long-term social visit pass and professional visit pass and etc.
Requirement Diploma/ Degree graduates At least 1-2 years experience in the similar role Good command of English & Mandarin Experience in Fintech, FX, Crypto company would be an added advantage Apply now or contact the below to know more.
