Senior/ Hr & Admin Executive

Job purpose: You will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources process which includes coordinating performance appraisal, facilitates training & development, benefits administration. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Handle annual tax filing of employees' income.Handle all employee-related services including preparation of employment contracts, promotion/increment/bonus letters, staff confirmation and government survey reports etc.Update and maintain all HR databases and files including personnel records, payroll records and talent pool etc. in a timely and organized manner.Assist in staff performance appraisal projects for both local and regional offices.Coordinate training activities/ claims and any other Government benefit schemes administrationAssist in Insurance / Medical yearly renewalAssist in facilitating training and recommend training programs.Schedule meetings and interviewsDevelop and/or administer special projects in areas such as employee retention and recreation program and employee awards.Provide general administrative support to Supervisor (where necessary)REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Familiar with statutory complianceKnowledge in payroll processing and strong MS office applicationsA team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with people of all levels in order to foster collaborative practices.Good analytical skills and ability to use a wide range of evidence from diverse sources to identify problems, understand them, and develop effective solutions.Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and handle pressure well.
