Key Responsibilities:Assist the Assistant HR Manager in planning and executing recruitment strategies for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and recruitment metrics.

Compensation and Payroll ManagementSupport payroll processing by reviewing attendance records, overtime calculations, and salary adjustments.
Collaborate with the Assistant HR Manager to address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
Ensure all statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) are processed accurately and on time.

Statutory Compliance and ReportingPrepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF) in accordance with government regulations.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and assist the Assistant HR Manager in implementing and updating policies or procedures.

Immigration and Work Visa SupportCoordinate work visa and permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
Act as the liaison between external agencies and government departments to resolve immigration-related matters.
5.
Employee Relations and SupportAssist in resolving employee grievances, escalating complex issues to the Assistant HR Manager when necessary.
Organize and oversee employee well-being initiatives, including housing, transportation, and onboarding support.
6.
Performance Management and TrainingCollaborate with the Assistant HR Manager to organize performance appraisals and review feedback.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
7.
Administrative and Operational SupportSupport the Assistant HR Manager in planning and executing HR projects and initiatives.
Supervise junior HR staff, providing guidance and mentoring where necessary.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal meetings and audits.

Ad Hoc DutiesYour scope of work includes all duties and assignments given by your direct superior.
What We're Looking For:Work Experience:Possess over 3 years of human resource management experience, with a background in an engineering company or manufacturing plant.
Professional Skills:Proficient in all HR management modules, including recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations, with a strong understanding of national and local labor laws and regulations.
Problem Solving & Competencies:Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, strong organizational and planning abilities, and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address various HR issues independently.
Computer Skills:Proficient in office software, especially Excel and HR management systems.
Personal Qualities:Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, high ethical standards, and confidentiality, while being a team player capable of working under pressure.
Language Proficiency:Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (BM) for effective communication.
