In this capacity, the HR Business Partner manages and resolves complex employee-relations issues.The HR Business Partner also takes initiative and provides informal leadership and mentorship to less experienced HR professionals within the business where he acts as the program/process leader for various HR initiatives, for example, performance management process, succession planning, or employee development.What are you accountable for?Act as a strategic partner between HR and the Business Line to proactively support and add value in the delivery of their business objectives.Provide advice and support to HR Specialist teams, Talent team in the development and implementation of key strategies.Provide advice to business managers on HR programs, policies, and processes.Drive employee engagement and retention plans for the businesses, including the assessment, analysis and facilitation of plans to address surveys, turnover and workforce issues.Provide guidance and input on organisation restructuring and workforce planning.Drive talent development efforts within assigned business areas in the planning and implementation of leadership talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans to ensure that the businesses have the right plans in place to develop current employees and future bench strength.Lead and manage manpower planning and resulting staff related cost to enable the company to achieve its Rollout Planning (RP).Drive and manage the performance management and compensation cycles for the assigned businesses, with guidance from Centre of Excellence to achieve direct financial gain, motivated workforce and improve management control.Provide coaching and guidance to management on issue resolution, corrective action, terminations, and various employment topics, including performance management and general HR policies and procedures.Able to conduct basic learning & development program when required, passionate in building internal capabilities for succession planning.What do you need to have for this role?A degree in any field however experience working in HR related roles and other projects actively revolving around people would be an advantage.Preferably with minimum 10-15 years' experience in HRPossess strong business acumen with ability to build organization effectiveness through HR solutions and best practicesAbility to effectively engage at all levels of employees with good stakeholder managementAnalytical and goal oriented with a drive to see initiatives followed through and brought to fruitionDemonstrable experience with HR Metrics and measurementsThoroughly enjoy working with people and seeing business results achieved by getting the people strategy rightWhat's next?Once you've applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
