What is the opportunity?
CACEIS was set up in Cyberjaya, Malaysia in July 2023 with approximately 1,000 employees, with the acquisition of RBC Investor Services' European business and Malaysia centre of excellence.
As a centre of excellence, the team in Malaysia provides asset services, custody, and payments for clients in Europe (Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom) with a global operating model that maximises efficiencies across time zones, supports 17/5 operational capability with a follow-the-sun model, enhances scalability of our global operations, and implements standardized processes.
You will partner with and provide support to the Malaysia leaders in the planning, development, and enablement of an agile, adaptable, and highly competent workforce.
You will ensure effective and collaborative relationships within HR and the supported businesses and other functional partners.
You will also assist with more complex or sensitive day-to-day people issues and act as a single point of contact within designated business units for all people-related issues.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What will you do?
Building Talent, Teams, and Shaping the Future:Partner with business leaders in planning, development, and enablement of an agile, adaptable, and highly competent workforce.
Drive talent management with respect to the talent review and succession processes to ensure the most effective use of talent and resources.
Ensure employee development needs are identified and acted upon through developmental assignments or appropriate learning interventions.
Embed and promote the total rewards philosophy and approach.
Bold, High Impact HR:Drive an integrated approach to managerial excellence and triaging HR systems questions, processes, and basic policy interpretation.
Advise business managers on potential HR contributions, solutions, implications, and risks of proposed business initiatives at initial planning stages and throughout the business cycle.
Advise on group and platform strategies as cascaded by senior HR leads.
Provide guidance and direction on compensation processes for all employees, including supported Management Committees.
Ensure the business/function and legal entity adheres to all applicable legislation and policies related to employee matters (i.e., pay equity, employment equity, etc.).
Ensure compliance of HR-related matters for the function based on regulatory requirements.
Improve HR operational excellence by identifying, responding to, and working with stakeholders/employees on process and efficiency change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
