DOO you have what it takes?
What you'll be working on:
Manage end to end employees' payroll processing by consolidating attendance reports, leave requests, incentive calculation and other payroll information in adherence to prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of payroll & procedures documentation and transactions.
Manage reconciliation process with associated reports, ensure tax, compliance and accuracy of payroll summary.
Attend to auditors enquiries pertaining to payroll and benefits related work.
Assist in data compilation for a broad range of compensation and benefits (C&B) programs and operations such as market benchmarking exercise, annual and monthly budgeting and allocation, insurance and employee benefits at Group level.
Drive continuous improvement, including harmonization and optimization of leave and total rewards policies, programs, processes, and practices.
Ensure wage plan and benefits package are administered in accordance with company policies and in compliance with corporate objectives.
Administer the Performance Management System (Appraisal / Evaluation).
What we're looking for:
At least 5 years of solid working experience in Payroll/C&B/Total Rewards function under fast-paced developing work environment.
Experience in process improvement projects shall be advantageous.
Highly organized, meticulous and strong multi-tasking skills.
Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pro-active and creative with the ability to resolve issues and work independently.
Able to handle all confidential matters with sensitivity and integrity.
