Senior Hr Executive - Hr Generalist

Axiata Digital Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedHR Generalistto lead core HR operations and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, driving compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, internal transfers, and offboarding.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems.
Prepare, analyze, and submit HR reports and dashboards to management, providing actionable insights.
Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and payroll-related processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
Compliance & Policies:Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and communicate them effectively to employees.
Act as the primary liaison for audits and ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory submissions.
Employee Relations:Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Provide guidance to managers on employee-related matters, fostering strong working relationships across teams.
Employee Engagement:Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Collaborate with leaders to create programs that align with organizational goals and values.
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years in HR operations or a generalist role (IT industry experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
