THE POSITION: Senior Human Resource Executive
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Senior Human Resource Executive to join the HR Team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.
Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, this role will be the HR Business Partner to our country teams, responsible for talent acquisition and management and administration of compensation and benefits. As a Senior HR Executive, the candidate will also lead group wide HR initiatives/activities such as policy/procedures reviews, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, employer branding etc.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Be responsible for all HR related matters for Malaysia (including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration and training)
-Support HR related matters for up to 2 other countries.
-Maintain regional HRIS and manage HR files and documentation with a focus on ensuring compliance, accuracy and confidentiality
-Lead in roll out and management of group wide HR initiatives.

; Requirements:- WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
-Degree in Human resource management or related field
-More than 4 years experience across various HR areas, with in depth experience in Talent acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Performance Management or HRIS.
-Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS (knowledge of BambooHR will be an advantage)
-Outstanding coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Proven track record in leading HR initiatives/projects such as policy/procedures reviews, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, employer branding etc
-Collaborative and proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
-Detailed conscious and focused problem solver
-Eager to learn and remain knowledgeable on changes and developments in human resources
-Good English communication skills.
