Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Policy Development:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Administrative Affairs:Assist in managing administrative functions such as procurement, office equipment maintenance, and document management.
Employee Relations:Handle employee relations matters, including communication, complaint management, and employee care initiatives.
Data Analysis:Collect and analyze HR data, preparing reports for headquarters and providing actionable recommendations.
Senior HR Responsibilities:Support the HR team and take on additional senior HR responsibilities as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
University degree in human resources management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management.
Familiarity with local labor regulations and a strong compliance awareness.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with an empathetic approach to employee relations.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in administrative management and relevant skills.
Experience in cross-team cooperation and MNC is an advantage.
