Senior Hr Executive

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Manage leave & attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, and daily employee's attendance.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipeline for organizational effectiveness.
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation to onboarding.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Any adhoc tasks given by the superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Senior HR Executive, or in a similar role.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Good in Time Management, Organizing, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
