Company Background:
We are representing a toy distributor company in Subang Jaya, Selangor. They are one of the leading toy distributors and retailers in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team.
Job Description:
Conduct full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and induction, payroll and administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, HR administration, industrial relations, and other related functions.
Perform all HR-related formal communication internally to all levels of staff, such as employment letters, confirmation, promotion, increment, transfer, etc.
Manage all HR-related dealings with external parties like government institutions. Assist in office administration works and staff activities.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in Human Resource Executive or HR-related roles.
Experience in employee relations/industrial relations.
Experience in handling company policies or employee handbook.
Good command of English and Mandarin due to business nature.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
