Job Responsibilities :
Fiuu (formerly Razer Merchant Services) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the (Senior) HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR business partnering with stakeholders. This individual will provide expert HR advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding, while also serving as a hands-on HR generalist. With the autonomy to grow their own team in the future, the (Senior) HR Manager will collaborate closely with the Fiuu Leadership Team to implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.1. HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Provide expert advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding initiatives.Drive the implementation of HR programs to support organizational growth and development.Collaborate and work closely with the shared services and centre of excellence functions.2. Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers on performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.Handle employee relations matters by investigating and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive and productive work environment.3. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across multiple functions and levels.Develop and maintain strong employer branding strategies to enhance Fiuu's reputation as an employer of choice.Implement effective talent management processes to support career development and succession planning.4. Leadership and Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.Build and grow the HR team as needed to support business expansion and strategic initiatives.5. Any other scope and project as assigned. Pre-Requisites : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of local employment laws and practices in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.Proven track record of driving HR strategies that support business objectives.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Are you game?
