Key Responsibilities
Design and implement KPIs to measure the performance and team efficiency.
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance.
Develop creative and effective solutions to overcome hiring challenges, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with leadership to understand the company's needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals.
Proactively source, assess, and attract top talent to meet business needs, focusing on quality hires.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve the recruitment process and drive continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Backgroundin FMCG, Retail is preferred.
Proven experience working in afast-paced industry , managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on the company's perspective.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively about recruitment challenges.
