About the JobSenior HR Manager - Main Duties:Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategies, collaborate with departments to address staffing needs, and promote diversity in hiring.Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, and advise managers on performance management and conflict resolution.Performance Management: Manage the performance evaluation process, provide coaching to supervisors, and track key performance metrics.Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation programs, ensure competitive benefits, and manage employee benefits enrollment and communication.Training and Development: Lead employee development initiatives, identify training needs, and promote career growth opportunities.Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to legal regulations, update HR policies, and handle compliance issues.Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies aligned with the university's goals and manage organizational development efforts.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, promote HR best practices, and collaborate with other departments and leadership.These duties ensure the smooth operation of HR functions, supporting the university's goals and fostering a positive work environment.Main Requirements:
Experience in strategic level roles is highly preferred; HRBP or Senior HR Manager experience will be prioritized.
