The Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To Performing daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll end to end processes within established target timelineWorking with external vendors regionally for Payroll and Benefits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are metUnderstanding and maintaining country specific content knowledge across multiple countries for legal and tax requirements in order to keep Intel legal and in controlManaging employee queries to resolution within established target timelinePartnering with regional based HR Services team in order to support complex issue resolution, program changes and new program implementationEnsuring adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirementsPerforming ongoing analysis of current Payroll in terms of process, systems and structures leading to recommended process improvementsMaintaining relationships with key business partners and stakeholders Finance, Tax, Accounting, Business Group HR, Mobility and HR Legal Job Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Degree in Finance or Accounting will be an added advantageAttention to details with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelinesGood communication skills (written & oral) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support Greater China region. Strong business partnering influencing stakeholder management skills are essential in order to support the regional requirements suppliers and remote team partnersComputer literacy analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and data are requiredAbility to be versatile coping with ambiguity and work odd hours when requiredAdvance skill in Microsoft ExcelPayroll accounting and SOX experience would be an advantage
