JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Management
Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting.
Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews, compiling feedback, and assisting in performance improvement plans.
Collect and analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Stay updated of industry best practices in performance management and incorporate innovative approaches.
Recruitment & On-boarding
Responsible for the entire recruitment activities within the assigned position, such as posting job ads via multiple channels, interview, reference checks, close offer, and conduct induction program for new employee.
Responsible end to end onboarding and offboarding of employees, including but not limited to induction and exit clearance.
Assist in implementation of C&B projects and programs such as salary reviews, benefits program, rewards program and bonus metrics & calculations.
Perform market surveys and benchmark exercises to ensure competitive in the market.
Culture & Employee Engagement
Cultivates and maintains a positive corporate culture; conduct employee engagement and relations activities.
Support in developing and implementing strategies to embed the desired culture across all levels of SW Group.
Implement and analyse employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys and focus groups to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Others:
Assist in the development of HR policies & procedures.
Other duties and/or projects as assigned by the direct reporting manager.
Education / Professional Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as HR Generalist, with Talent Management experience.
Strong knowledge of the local labour laws especially the Employment Act.
Preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledgeable on HR processes and labour laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel.
Analytical, meticulous, responsible and possess good communication skills.
Discretion in handling sensitive information.
A team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
Proactive, with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
