The Senior Human Resources Executive needs to oversee the Human Resource responsibilities both in Malaysia and Global entities. The role is pivotal to an organization's ability to run smoothly and without interruption.
Responsibilities
TheSenior Human Resource Executivewill manage a full spectrum of HR & Admin functions and operations including but not limited to:
Onboarding, Offboarding and Record MaintenanceHandle administrative functions especially those related to preparation of employment contracts or consultancy agreements, passports, visas and right to work.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding of staff.
Update and maintain employee records, information and documents accurately.
Ensure new joiners are provided desk space, devices (laptop, desktop, phone, ID (Door Access card), business card, etc.).
Ensure resigning staff handover all company assets and revoke all system access.PayrollMonitor and coordinate with the Finance team regarding monthly payroll computation, staff claims and processing for all employees to ensure accurate and timely management of payroll and claims.
Check overall staff claims based on company / Global compensation and benefits.Training and DevelopmentOversee and manage the planning and execution of training programs to develop and retain high-performing talents.
Ensure there are proper records for all training attended by staff.
Conduct yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA).Performance Appraisal and Talent ManagementEnsure probationary and annual performance evaluations are done in a timely manner.
Manage all aspects of employee relations including grievances/queries, performance and attendance monitoring and reporting, and discipline.
Organize event planning, employee engagement events, booking of flight tickets and accommodation, etc.Other HR & Admin MattersEnsure HR & Admin policies and Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
Experience with handling/creating Sales Agreements.
Other duties and functions as are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.Qualifications
5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with exposure in handling Global HR functions.
Ability to effectively work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Experience in managing and facilitating HR activities globally with multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
