Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience working in the Human Resources department. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Should be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Cina(This role requires communication with Mandarin staff).
Good understanding and operating knowledge of payroll systems through accepted software for processing salary, statutory deductions, and payments to statutory bodies.
Experience in SQL Payroll Software is an added advantage.
Clear understanding of statutory requirements and tax deductions.
Experience filling vacancies through job sites and job boards will be preferred.
Prior experience in operational management of labour issues and interdepartmental conflicts will be a plus.
Candidates who can start immediately are preferred!
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring all payroll information, transactions, calculations, and data entry including updating all allowances, statutory, increments, bonuses, and other benefits are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage statutory contributions and correspondence regarding EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN.
Responsible for the recruitment process including vetting candidates, shortlisting qualified candidates, arranging interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
Preparation of orientation/onboarding programs for new employees.
Coordinate all related processes for employee confirmation, resignation, handover processes, and exit interviews.
Track and monitor all types of leave applications and attendance records.
Update documents such as employee handbooks, forms, policies, and other HR-related documents.
Compile relevant reports, surveys, and analyses regarding recruitment, employment, salary compensation, and talent management.
Administer and maintain training records and databases, tabulate and analyze training data for process performance measures and continuous improvements.
Prepare yearly training plans, coordinating and updating training records.
To coordinate the administrative tasks.
