Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and refine the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of Malaysia and UK employees.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with organizational values and objectives.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Lead the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards, compliance with regulations, and the company's strategic goals.
Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term organizational planning.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
