Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
Minimum 5 years experience in general HR/HR Generalist, HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition/People Management & Organizational Planning in manufacturing environment;
Possess a good knowledge of Labour / Employment / Industrial Relations Law / HR best practices;
Possess knowledge and experience in Industrial Relation (IR) and Employee Relation (ER); Additional certifications in Industrial Relations or Employment Law would be an added advantage;
Ability to manage confidential information discreetly with a high level of integrity;
Good business writing and planning skills, sense of urgency and proactive attitude;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
GENERAL DUTIES
To assist & coordinate HRAD in implementing policies & procedures in human resources policies & procedures in line with organizational's strategy & operational objectives.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
People Planning & Organizational Management
Manage manpower planning for smooth plant operation as well as to ensure it is in line with approved headcount for hiring;
Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, job offer and onboarding process of new hire;
Collaborate with respective Hiring Managers on hiring needs and workforce planning;
Work both collaboratively and independently with recruitment agencies, government bodies and universities to attract high-quality talents;
Participate and assist in various recruitment fairs, activities & initiatives to ensure qualified candidates are recruited.
Build good relations with working people and management to promote and maintain a harmonious industrial relation climate;
Responsible for Industrial Relation activities and advising management on best practices.
Provide advice on labour laws, company policies and HR practices;
Involve in collective bargaining agreements and participate in coordination of collective bargaining agreements;
Handle complaints, grievances and disciplinary procedures including conducting investigations, preparing the necessary disciplinary letters, and conducting domestic inquiries.
Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
