Detailed DescriptionPerform tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
The incumbent will work as part of the manufacturing team and perform Industrial Engineering work in time study, line balancing, layout, and optimization improvement.
Study the overall line capacity, optimize manpower requirement, and equipment needed for the line.
Able to manage and lead improvement projects related to IE topics and lean activities.
Participate in NPI and support IE-related topics until mass production.
Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superiors.
Knowledge/Skills/CompetenciesCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Proven record of successful project implementation and leading improvement activities.
Experience in AutoCAD, SAP is preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
