Job Title: Senior/Manager, IT Administrator (Regional Support)
Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
1. Regional IT Support:
Manage and maintain work tools, including hardware, software, network, and related licenses for new and existing employees across the region.
Provide regional IT support for system installations, network establishment, and optimization.
2. Security and Compliance:
Collaborate with HQ to optimize the information security system and SOPs based on a deep understanding of international standards.
Ensure alignment with data protection policies across different countries and optimize IT system management accordingly.
3. Infrastructure Management:
Install, maintain, and diagnose infrastructure and application-related issues.
Ensure security updates and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on all desktops and laptops.
Manage backups, patch management, and asset and license maintenance.
Set up and administer mobile and office phone usage.
4. Corporate Applications:
Manage corporate applications identity and access.
Handle purchase requisitions for IT hardware and software.
5. Technical Support:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, escalating to senior engineers when necessary.
Provide support by setting up and configuring equipment at workstations and conference rooms, orienting employees on proper equipment use, and prioritizing and resolving daily service requests.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to enhance system availability and performance.
Provide IT-related training and knowledge sharing to employees.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct superior.
Provide on-site support for remote sites/offices when required.
Liaise with HQ to assist in the establishment and internationalization of the overseas company's ERP system.
Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's degree or above in an IT-related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration/support within a software company.Good knowledge of network administration and configuration.Experience in virtual machine setup (e.g., Vsphere) is a plus.Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.Experience in supporting multi-national and decentralized IT environments is advantageous.Solid understanding of network operating systems, topologies, and protocols.Organized, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.Ability to work independently with remote support from the China IT team.Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
