Key Responsibilities:Oversee the legal review of Listing Applications, Due Diligence Reports and draft White Papers submitted by potential applicants/issuers;
Participate in proposals for existing and new product offerings and the structuring from a legal perspective;
Advise on all legal and regulatory matters involving the Company and the KLDX Platform, including to provide legal support and advice to the various departments;
Undertake the preparation, review, negotiations and maintenance of all agreements/documents to be entered into by the Company;
Ensure the adequacy of the legal framework for KLDX including review of the KLDX Listing Rules and Trading Rules and Platform Terms and Conditions;
Manage and oversee potential disputes and litigation matters involving the Company.
Qualifications:Degree in Law (LLB);
8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, with experience in debt and equity capital market transactions;
Meticulous, organized, strong work ethic, ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
