Senior Lighting / Architecture Designer

Job Description: Provide professional design consultancy and advice to architects, designers, and/or clients.
Responsible for providing design services including lighting layouts, specifications, details, and lighting calculations.
Responsible for generating lighting drawings by utilizing autocad or other software.
Ensure the correction and updating of lighting design documents.
Site visitation and attend meeting when necessary.
Assists in developing lighting solutions to design problems.
Follow up with clients.
Preparation of conceptual presentation material such as 3D Photoshop.
Study drawings sent by clients or architects.
Propose lighting specifications and prepare quotations based on the lighting designs.
Job Requirements: At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in related field.
Required language(s): English and Malay.
Good command of both written & spoken English.
Good communication skills.
At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Attention to details.
Having knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD is a MUST.
Additional knowledge of Relux, Dialux and Sketchup will be an advantage.
