Job Description:Senior Litigation Lawyer:
The Dispute Resolution Team is looking for an Associate with at least 3 years PQE.
The Associate will be responsible for managing and overseeing cases, conducting legal research, drafting of cause papers, conducting hearings and trials, and dealing with clients from time to time.
Junior Litigation Lawyer:
Seeking a hardworking, qualified candidate who has experience in civil litigation.
The candidate should possess good drafting, analytical, and research skills, and be willing to learn and thrive under pressure.
Qualifications and Requirements:Senior Litigation Lawyer:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Dispute Resolution
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Experience in managing and overseeing cases
- Ability to draft and review cause papers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Junior Litigation Lawyer:
i.
Qualified candidates need to have at least 1 year working experience;
ii.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
iii.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and diligent;
iv.
Good interpersonal skills;
