Senior Logistic Officer (Import, Export & Freight)

Job DescriptionCoordinator and lead for all Audits (BPS, HIRADC, EAIA, 5S, ISOs etc) at LOM.Coordinator to BRMS matters.BPS Champion and responsible for BPS concept maturity & support LOM on the execution maturity improvement & lead the LOM to achieve the BPS assessment target.Arrange and expedite shipments to Bosch Plant Penang including 3rd party shipments.Responsible for coordinating Import material traffic by selecting most adequate transportation procedures according to cost, timing and handling framework.Back up LOT Associates in their absence.Responsible for all custom related topic including AEO custom declaration, clearance, KPI & token application.Liaise with Insurance Company to process insurance claims for damaged shipments.Liaise with Logistic Service Providers for ad-hoc quotations.Compile Monthly KPI report from Logistic Service Providers and review and update LOT KPI.Preparation of any other required applications & reports (Customs, MITI, COO, Bosch related,).Manage the yearly self-assessment by Logistic Service Providers.Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to solve the operations/system issues.Waterfall Chart tracking & analysis for shipment forecast (if required).Preparation of packing list for transfer of Finished Goods to external warehouse.Managed LSP & custom agents to run the daily operations and meet the KPI.Work with respective parties to implement the improvement projects/activities to improve the LOT performance.Support any other additional tasks as per superior's instructions.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Logistics and Management study with 3-5 years of practical experience in Forwarding Line is required.Plans & organize work according to priority and effective use of time.Ability to motivate others, Decision-making strength, Resource management, Flexibility, Team work, Good corresponding skillsComputer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.Additional InformationLeave Entitlement Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
