Job DescriptionLead the creation and optimization of a company-wide Corporate Dashboard to enhance decision-making.
Automate regular reporting processes, improving productivity and reducing manual workload.
Integration of Departmental DX Initiatives:
Collaborate with cross-departmental DX teams to consolidate and align digital initiatives.
Track progress and ensure successful implementation of digital projects across the company.
Development and Execution of Enterprise DX Strategy:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that supports the company's strategic goals.
Oversee company-wide DX initiatives, making adjustments to ensure successful execution.
Project Management:
Plan, launch, and manage digital transformation projects.
Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets to maximize project effectiveness.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Understand and address the unique needs of each department, tailoring digital initiatives to meet these needs.
Strengthen partnerships with external vendors to acquire necessary technologies and support.
Promotion of Digital Culture:
Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise digital literacy across the organization.

Job RequirementsQualifications:
