ResponsibilitiesLead regional business development endeavors and sales development of selected key supplier partners related to the Food & Beverage Ingredients market.
Possess a deep understanding of Food & Beverage Ingredients, applications, and markets to develop effective go-to-market plans and leverage resources and relationships to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
Sales Management Support and Customer-Facing Activities:Serve as the subject matter expert for internal and external audiences
Support countries in steering sales-related projects and initiatives
Coach, guide and advise countries in actual sales activities
Provide training to local sales and technical teams
Share commercial best practices across countries
Project pipeline follow-up and up-date
Organize monthly regional call with country teams
Support countries in client management related to Food & Beverage
Regional Segment Strategy and Implementation:Develop regional segment strategy for Food & Beverage
Operationalize into a strategic plan with concrete actions and measures in conjunction with the countries
Control and lead strategy reviews with countries
Use industry analyses and benchmarking using key market insights and research
Innovation and New Business Development:Identify new application and/or service needs within F&B
Lead input into the product roadmap and pipeline to pitch new clients
Support the on-boarding of new regional clients and products
Collaborate with marketing in the creation and development of regional market campaigns and digital content
Serve as a primary content and subject resource for thought leadership
Leadership:Be the subject matter expert in the product categories
Share knowledge / coaching team / leading team to the company direction
Ability to manage different stakeholders and customers
General management skills in Food & Beverage
Relevant product categories experience in food testing
Interpersonal and outstanding communication skills
Superb selling skills
Able to motivate and coach others for success
Qualifications:Degree or Masters in Science majoring in Chemistry, Environmental, Applied Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
