Senior Manager, E-Money / Wallet

Principle responsibilities and duties 



-Lead and drive the growth of e-money portfolio by defining and implementing strategies that are align to company and business objectives. 


-Develop and lead the execution of business strategies to grow the e-money portfolio and to achieve business KPI targets, increase use adoption and engagement to increase digital payments. 


-Define the e-money product roadmap to align with business objective and market trend with focus to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. 


-Oversee the development and management of e-money product strategies to drive acquisition, engagement and customer retention. 


-Manage and review of PandL to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and/or cost optimization to strengthen the portfolio financial position. 


-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, seamless and effective implementation of new initiatives, frictionless payment experience and compliance to regulatory policies.   


-Evaluate business impact arising from changes in regulatory requirements, external factors and internal business change requirements. 


-Keep abreast with industry developments, emerging trends or innovations including benchmarking of the business performance with market.  


-Establish new and manage existing business partners to leverage on opportunities to collaborate and deepening of business relationships. 


-Lead and develop a high-performing team, set performance goals, provide guidance to the team to achieve business objectives.

; Requirements:-


-Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.


-At least 7 years of experience with minimum 3 year of supervisory position


-Experience in bank or e-Money or Wallet industry would be an additional advantage. 


-Good leadership and management skills with the ability to train and develop team members


-Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.


-Possess strong interpersonal skills, able to multi-task, resourceful and pro-active attend to urgency
