Senior Manager, Fund Transfer

Job ResponsibilitiesTo lead, plan and manage overall Fund Transfer functions covering inward/outward remittance and messaging support under Wholesale Banking Operations on a business as usual (BAU) basis as well as drive continuous improvements.
To manage operating efficiency and cost effectiveness with timely and consistent service delivery to both internal and external customers.
Engage and support Line of Businesses on operational issues resolution, process and workflow improvements, whilst meeting turnaround time of fund transfer with proper operational control with appropriate risk mitigation, correction of irregularities and recovery of potential loss.
Lead and manage message-related fund transfer to ensure all funds are posted appropriately and timely.
Drive effective execution on message related fund transfer during peaks and troughs, regardless of system up and down time.
Engage with Head of Department to develop plans that support the strategic direction.
Ensure all payments fully comply with BNM and compliance requirements.
Timely crisis/issues resolution and management within operations to ensure minimal disruption to business.
Drive transformation to achieve optimum operating efficiency and flexible resource utilization.
Identify, prioritize and execute process improvement initiatives to improve process TAT and reduce cost.#J-18808-Ljbffr
