Senior Manager/ Manager, Business Development (Investment & Acquisition)

Our client is Malaysia's premier sustainable energy solutions company, specializing in the reduction of carbon emissions through development and investment in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Job Responsibilities Responsible for Financial Modelling (FM) in acquisition and/or divestment of companies with existing RE assets/ projects. Responsible in preparing, reviewing and maintaining the Financial Model for all business segments. Review individual FM for all business proposals with the segment head. Assess FMs and manage FM streamlining for all IC papers. Manage the preparation of the AOP. Manage initiatives related to Corporate Strategy. To report to Head of Sustainability and Corporate Strategy (dotted line) in development and management of the Groups Annual Operating Plan and Balanced Scorecard (Corporate KPI) Job Requirements Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or any other relavant fields Having one of the Professional qualifications (eg: ACCA, CFA and etc.) would be an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years experience in investment or corporate strategy role involving valuation and acquisition. Drive acquisitions of renewable energy assets and business in tandem with organic growth. Support in valuations and investment analysis. Manage corporate strategy and formulate annual business plan. Opportunity to expand into new growth areas and implement innovative solutions.
