Senior Manager/Vice President, Credit Evaluation & DecisioningEvaluate all new applications, reviews and other proposals involving credit exposures to the Bank, identify risks associated with such credit exposure and make appropriate recommendations to facilitate conscious decision-making by credit approving authority.
No. of accounts/customers recommended for approval under CAD classified as "Underperforming" during the FY.
Manage the turnaround time for new/enhance/ad-hoc credit propositions (including change of terms) vigilantly without compromising the credit standards.
Manage the turnaround time for review credit propositions vigilantly without compromising the credit standards.
Attend customer presentations and meetings, if necessary, to "Know Your Customer". Keep abreast of market/industry developments and trends.
Conclude the credit propositions (new/additional/ad-hoc and renewal) with clear credit recommendations.
Sign off Credit Risk Rating as per CRR Policy.
Ensure regulations/internal policies/GRAF are followed in letter and spirit.
Complete Certified Credit Executive and Business Credit Professionals (for those still not completed CCE and/or BCC).
Clear 50% of annual leaves by the first half of the calendar year.
Identify appropriate behavioral and technical courses to facilitate immediate and long-term professional development.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business/Finance or a related discipline from a recognised university; OR relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
Not less than 10 years working experience in credit evaluation and/or credit writing, preferably in Middle Corporate or Commercial environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
