Position Summary
The Marketing Sr. Executive - Brands & Communications (North Asia Market) at LEGOLAND Malaysia is a vital role dedicated to generating marketing assets, translating content, and managing various marketing materials in Mandarin. This position ensures that all materials are compliant with LEGO brand guidelines and resonate with the North Asia market. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Marketing Executive will collaborate with internal teams and trade partners to enhance LEGOLAND Malaysia's brand presence in North Asia through strategic content creation, cultural adaptation, and market-specific campaigns. The role requires a keen eye for detail, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive approach to maintaining the high standards of the LEGOLAND brand. Additionally, this role involves extensive liaison with trade partners in North Asia for content generation and vetting.
Responsibilities Content Creation and TranslationDevelop engaging and innovative marketing content in Mandarin, including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, social media posts, and website content, tailored specifically for the North Asia market.Translate marketing materials from English to Mandarin, ensuring the translated content maintains the intended message, tone, and cultural relevance.Generate marketing assets that adhere to LEGO brand guidelines and reflect the brand's voice and identity.1.

Content Review and Compliance with LEGO Brand GuidelinesReview and edit Mandarin marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with LEGO brand standards.Collaborate with internal teams, including graphic designers and content creators, to maintain high-quality standards for all marketing materials.Ensure all content aligns with LEGO brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity and consistency.Conduct regular audits of existing content to ensure it remains up-to-date and effective3. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with LEGOLAND Malaysia's business objectives.Liaise extensively with trade partners in North Asia for content generation, vetting, and ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary marketing materials and support to promote LEGOLAND Malaysia effectively.Coordinate with internal departments, such as Sales, Operations, and PR, to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing activities.4. Digital and Social Media Marketing
Manage and update Mandarin content across LEGOLAND Malaysia's digital and social media platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, and other relevant channels.Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to LEGOLAND Malaysia's website and other digital assets.Monitor and respond to engagement on Mandarin digital channels, fostering a positive online community and addressing customer inquiries and feedback.5. Reporting and Performance Tracking
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns in the North Asia market, utilizing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.Provide regular reports to the Senior Brand Manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the entertainment, tourism, or related industries.Fluency in Mandarin (to liaise with North Asia Market) and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
