As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will oversee and manage Jemco's day-to-day marketing activities, from top of the line to below the line, including branding and awareness, public relations and social media. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. To collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, and programs to meet business objectives and goals.• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including branding & awareness, PR, communications and social media.• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and integration of marketing initiatives across the organization.• Researching and tracking competitors' marketing activities periodically, and collecting market data and insights to analyse brand's competitive performance and future plans.• Develop and manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing campaigns.• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.• Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of marketing programs to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.• minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.• Strong analysis and planning skills; you are comfortable analysing large volumes of complete information, interpret and construct recommendations.• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.• Experience in branding, PR, and social media• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Creative, resourceful and results-driven; you hold yourself accountable to the success of your business and your team
