Responsible to develop preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance procedures as required to ensure equipment availability.
Responsible to supervising crews and work teams when necessary to execute reliability improvement and repair work.
Responsible for acting as a project coordinator on a selection of projects, including ultimate responsibility for financial control, resourcing management, internal project coordination, administration, and programming.
Responsible for acting as a leader of the mechanical section of the team, including ultimate responsibility for the design quality, performance, work processes and resourcing management of the section.
Responsible to specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
Responsible to investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
Responsible to conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.
Responsible to establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
Responsible to deploy and effective utilization of manpower and material resources in the department and monitor job progress and man-hours of the assigned project.
