Senior Member Success Specialist | Compliance Management | MLM IndustryJob Summary:
Investigations, handling distributors' business related cases such as business conducts & compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and enforcing best business practices and compliance policies/procedures for the company's Brand Partner and Customer network.
Engage in business practices that are within the guidelines set by industry regulatory bodies to resolve any outstanding matters and maintain a compliant company status.
Manage and respond to incoming compliance emails, requests, and policy violation reports/claims.
Handle compliance matters.
Review marketing materials, and facilitate proper compliance communications.
Perform and retain compliance notices, letters, and internal documentation of compliance matters.
Review, develop, update, and maintain disclaimers for various products and programs to be used in materials and communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of industry-specific & compliance experience in MLM/ Banking industry.
Good analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, research and investigative skills.
Ability to work cohesively and effectively with all departments.
Proficient in handling and maintaining confidential information.
Proficient in navigating social media and internet channels for investigative and research information collection purposes.
